You will need to do a Knowledge Test at Service NSW
Collect your HVCBA Logbooks and Guide
Once you hve completed your DKT request a HVCBA Logbook and Guidebook.
NOTE: These are not driver Logbooks (work diaries)
Medical Assessment
Most applicants for a Class MC License in NSW will require a medical assessment. You may also need one for other classes based on age, class applied for and previous declared medical conditions.
Vehicles for Training and Assessment
Elston Training has accreditation to train and assess all vehicle classes. However, we only own a small number of options for provision to students.
You may wish to provide your own vehicle for training and assessment, this is fine so long as you ensure that all of the following requirements are met:
a) The vehicle is registered and roadworthy
b) The registration is correct for your configuration
c) Acknowledge that a cursory inspection will be conducted before we start
d) The vehicle must be grossing at least 75% of its GVM
e) The truck must be clean and compliant
Fees
A deposit may be requested prior to course commencement. This will be $250 to secure your place
HR (Roadranger) using Elston Vehicle $1930
MR or HR using client vehicle $ 980
HC to MC using client vehicle $1980
HR to MC using client vehicle $3050
NOTE: These are accredited courses with a license outcome. There is No GST charged on these courses
